The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the whole world in general and Malaysia in particular in 2020 has brought about a change of new norms in the national education system. The use of e-learning is a learning medium that uses information and communication technology to facilitate and enhance the teaching and learning experience (T&L). The purpose of this study is to examine the level of readiness of lecturers and the level of mastery of technological skills on Online Teaching and Learning (OTL) in Sungai Petani Community College. The respondents of the study consisted of 50 lecturers in various fields of teaching. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument and were analyzed using t-test to see the differences between gender with the readiness of lecturers and the level of mastery of technological skills towards OTL. One-way ANOVA testing was also conducted to see the difference between years of service with the readiness of lecturers and the level of mastery of technological skills on OTL. The findings of the study have shown that the level of readiness of lecturers and the level of mastery of technological skills of lecturers towards OTL is at a moderate level with a mean score of 3.18 and 2.97. The findings of the t-test result found that there was no difference in the level of readiness of lecturers and the level of mastery of technological skills on OTL between male and female lecturers. Meanwhile, the results of one-way ANOVA test showed no difference in the level of readiness of lecturers for OTL between years of service but there is a difference in the level of mastery of technological skills for OTL with years of service. The proposed improvement is to provide training and exposure to various digital platforms should be given to lecturers to increase the level of mastery of technological skills of lecturers on OTL. Next, further studies can be conducted again to see the effectiveness of e-learning on students to increase the empowerment of OTL in the future.
