Abstrak
Orang Kelainan Upaya merupakan sebahagan daripada ahli masyarakat yang mempunyai hak kepada pembelajaran al-Quran. Akses kepada pendidikan dan persekitaran yang baik amatlah diperlukan agar dapat menjalani kehidupan seharian dalam mempelajari ilmu pengetahuan. Justeru kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk menganalisa keperluan bagi lima aspek utama Pembangunan Pembelajaran al-Quran untuk OKU iaitu hak pembelajaran, akses sokongan, akses reka bentuk, gaya pembelajaran dan adab mempelajari al-Quran. Diharapkan kajian ini, akan menjadi saranan dan cadangan untuk tindakan penyelidikan selanjutnya.
Abstract
Persons with Disabilities are part of society, which their rights are just as important as everyone else's. Their rights, especially in accessing Quranic education are equally vital as others. They also have the right to access a conducive and comfortable environment for learning. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the needs of five main aspects for the development of Quranic learning for OKU, including rights to learn, support’s access, design’s access, learning style, and etiquette in learning the Quran. It is hoped that this study will provide recommendations for further research.
